Corporate Audit reports directly to the JLRA PLC Audit Committee and the CFO, providing independent, objective assurance and advisory services across the breadth of JLR's activities to add value and improve operations.

The Digital Audit Manager will help shape and deliver the audit plan, lead a high-performing team to execute digital-related audits and follow-up actions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain deep insight into every aspect of the business, influence strategic decision-making, and engage with senior stakeholders and Board Directors. WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Leading and delivering a wide range of technology focused audits, from planning through final reporting, while maintaining continuous monitoring to address emerging risks
  • Overseeing audit execution by guiding the team's fieldwork, reviewing workpapers, resolving issues, and ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to governance and IIA standards
  • Building strong relationships with senior management, constructively challenge risk and control positions, and communicate progress, issues, and insights throughout each audit
  • Driving Corporate Audit's digital strategy by managing IT risk audits, maintaining digital tools and assets, and supporting the team's capability in data analytics and IT audit techniques
  • Contributing to strategic audit planning through risk assessments, resource planning, tracking business change, and identifying value adding efficiencies and cost saving opportunities
  • Producing high quality audit outputs including announcements, reports, action plans, and Audit Committee inputs, ensuring management agreement and effective issue mitigation
  • Participating in continuous professional development through training, workshops, team engagement, and ownership of assigned projects to support ongoing improvement of Corporate Audit operations

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills you'll need to help you succeed, including:

  • Degree or equivalent with a professional qualification relevant to IT and/or auditing
  • Knowledge of best practice governance, risk management & compliance in relation to IT and data management
  • Internal or external audit experience, ideally with a focus on IT audits
  • Logical thinker with a proactive and creative approach to problem solving
  • Ability to translate complex and technical ideas into straightforward business language
  • A strong networker who can build enduring relationships
