Job Description Summary

This role involves leading digital finance initiatives within Lloyds Banking Group, focusing on digital assets, tokenization, and distributed ledger technologies. The Product Owner will collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop and demonstrate innovative digital finance solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Understand and conceptualize digital assets, tokenization, APIs, and DLT technologies to support business growth.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to design customer propositions.
  3. Demonstrate solutions to clients alongside relationship managers.
  4. Build trust and influence delivery momentum.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in product development, delivery, and strategic technology deployment.
  • Proven ability to develop go-to-market strategies for digital finance propositions.
  • Experience working with clients and partners to deliver solutions.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills for internal and industry adoption.
  • Knowledge of DLT, digital assets, and advanced banking products across divisions.
