Senior Digital Enterprise Architect
Location: Dublin Hybrid
Permanent, Full-Time

Salary 126k basic, 12k sign on bonus, 12% bonus, relocation (where applicable)

Senior digital enterprise architect, you will:

• Advise our clients on enterprise architecture blueprints for digital product & platforms

• Provide technology & engineering thought leadership to our clients and teams

• Lead digital engineering teams providing architectural guidance and engineering support

• Maximise team performance through mentorship, skills learning and career development

• Build strong client relationships focused on digital, product & customer transformation

• Provide guidance on digital solution planning & estimation

• Provide guidance on modern engineering delivery models and approaches

• Own the end-to-end architecture-from prototyping and POCs to production and post-launch optimisations

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for experience in the following:

• 10 years+ in software engineering delivery in an enterprise or solution architecture position

• Extensive experience in agile environments for digital product creation

• Ability to define target-state architectures, transformation roadmaps, and phased delivery strategies

Broad experience in modern engineering practices including:

• Product & Platform engineering

• Cloud Native engineering

• Quality Engineering, Automation and DevSecOps

• Site Reliability Engineering

• Modern integration patterns (microservices, event-driven, API-first)

• Data architectures: data lakes, analytics platforms, governance, and security

• AI Engineering: Machine Learning, Gen AI, NLP, and Automation Frameworks.

• Experience in leading digital platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP & SalesForce

• Experience with composable and headless content architectures, including CMS, DXP, and API-first platforms

• Ability to architect with compliance in mind across industries (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI, etc.)

• Comfortable in articulating trends in technology and engineering practices
