The Role

We are looking for a Digital & Design Operations profile to support the execution of our digital channels and the development of high-quality visual materials.

This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining platforms, producing content, and ensuring consistency across all outputs.

What you'll do

• Support the maintenance and regular update of our digital platforms (website, LinkedIn, and other channels)
• Contribute to the execution of digital content across platforms
• Organize and maintain digital assets and materials
• Develop and improve visual materials (e.g. presentations, one-pagers, conference materials)
• Ensure consistency and quality across all digital and visual outputs
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and business development needs

What we're looking for

• Strong background in digital marketing or digital content execution
• Hands-on experience with:
• website management (CMS tools)
• social platforms (especially LinkedIn in a B2B context)
• analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, LinkedIn analytics)
• CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
• Strong presentation and visual structuring skills (PowerPoint is essential)
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe, Canva or similar)
• Comfortable working with digital tools, data, and workflows
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and execution-focused

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B or technical environments
• Interest in science or complex topics
