Job Description
(Hybrid: 50% on-site, 50% remote)
Must be based in Belgium
As a Senior Digital Customer Journey Analyst, you will shape and optimise customer experiences across every digital touchpoint, driving performance, engagement, and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Product Owners, testers, developers, and UX designers to enhance the digital customer journey.
- Translate business needs into clear objectives, KPIs, and actionable metrics.
- Design and implement tagging strategies in collaboration with Front End developers.
- Build insightful dashboards and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver compelling data stories that influence decisions across all levels of the business.
- Promote a data-driven culture by enabling stakeholders to make informed choices.
- Coordinate cross-squad initiatives, aligning efforts through agile ceremonies and refinement sessions
Skills & Experience
- At least 4 years in digital analytics or a related role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare.
- Strong background in KPI definition, metrics, and tagging strategy.
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, impactful narratives.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- French and Dutch are a strong advantage.
