Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
  • Partner with team members across Group functions and Banners (B&Q, Screwfix, Castorama) to deliver relevant insights and data.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide actionable business recommendations.
  • Create clear and insightful reports to help stakeholders understand performance metrics.
  • Support the analytics team in building capabilities for self-service reporting and analysis.
  • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities.
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders to leverage data for strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Digital and Customer analytics teams to support cross-team projects.
  • Assist the Group Measurement team in evolving tracking for website and app performance.
  • Share insights and collaborate within the broader analytics community at Kingfisher.
What you'll bring

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a Digital Analytics or data environment.
  • Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and SQL environments (e.g., BigQuery).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive concise insights from multiple data sets.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An inquisitive problem solver passionate about using data to enhance digital experiences.
