Act as a specialist practitioner, demonstrating advanced theoretical knowledge and highly specialised clinical skills within the field of the diabetic foot.

Manages complex cases using and developing advanced clinical reasoning, critical thinking, reflection and analysis to support assessment, diagnosis, management and treatment planning i.e. predominately but not exclusively for patients living with diabetes.

Supports management of patients with complex chronic and acute conditions whilst inpatients Help with the management and support the renal case load of high risk patient To manage clinical risk within own patient caseload Provide support and clinical leadership to community colleagues.
