Job Description

Endeavour Recruitment has an excellent long term freelance opportunity for a DevSecOps Consultant to join a dynamic team based in Luxembourg.

This role will require both onsite and remote working.

European Nationals required.

The role:

  • Design and management of AI infrastructure (cloud/hybrid environments)
  • CI/CD and MLOps pipeline automation
  • Containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Deployment and operationalisation of ML models
  • Monitoring, performance optimisation and troubleshooting
  • Implementation of security, compliance and DevSecOps practices
  • Collaboration with AI engineers, data scientists and development teams

Key Requirements:

  • Strong DevOps/CI-CD expertise
  • Very good knowledge of containerisation & orchestration
  • Good knowledge of AI/ML ecosystems (incl. frameworks such as LangChain, Haystack)
  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD (5+ years expected)
  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
  • Programming skills (Python) and DevSecOps best practices
