Job Description

We're Hiring: Senior Platform Engineer

(Remote - Spain)

100% Remote Full-Time


Join a dynamic team to help build and operate private cloud infrastructure. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you'll enable secure, fast, and reliable Kubernetes deployments on bare metal, with a focus on automation and scalability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, build, and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning with GitOps
  • Ensure frequent, reliable deployments and optimize performance
  • Implement security practices and monitor systems (Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and mentor teammates


What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years in infrastructure/operations, 4+ years with Kubernetes on bare metal
  • Strong experience with IaC tools (Ansible, ArgoCD)
  • Expertise in Linux, networking, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools
  • Fluent in English, excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills


Bonus Points:

  • Experience with CEPH, Minio, Kafka, PostgreSQL, or ElasticSearch
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure
  • Interest in AI tools for workflows
