We are looking for experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Service DevOps to support vendor-led and hybrid delivery initiatives. This role focuses on extend-and-configure solutions rather than heavy custom development, working closely with the internal development teams and established governance framework.
You will work on the enhancement of customer service capabilities within Dynamics 365, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and develop solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Support delivery of key customer service capabilities, including:
- Automatic case creation and routing
- Web forms and customer intake enhancements
- Case form and user experience improvements
- Customer overview and reporting features
- Work within existing ALM, governance, and solution design standards
- Support testing activities, defect resolution, and release preparation
- Collaborate closely with internal developers and delivery teams
- Ensure high quality, maintainable, and supportable solutions
Expected Experience & Skills
- Solid hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dataverse
- Strong configuration skills with light customisation where required (plugins, Power Platform)
- Experience working in enterprise-scale CRM environments
- Comfortable operating in hybrid vendor-internal delivery models
- Quality-focused mindset with strong attention to maintainability and long-term support
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Contract Details
- Start: May/June
- Duration: Until EOY with extensions
- Location: Poland/EU
