DevOps Engineer - Active SC, AWS
£535 per day - Inside IR35
London/Primarily Remote
5 months initially

Key Requirements:

• Active SC Clearance (used within the last 12 months) and eligible for BPSS
• Proven commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer with strong AWS cloud engineering experience within the Public Sector.
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code expertise, and a proven track record building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Experience with Groovy or similar Scripting languages for automation, alongside strong Docker containerisation, deployment and runtime management skills
• Strong Linux and Windows administration experience, with knowledge of NGINX, GitLab source control workflows, and development best practices
• Experience with monitoring, logging and alerting tools including Elastic and Kibana, with a focus on improving platform resilience, security and observability
• Proven capability supporting live production environments, leading third-line incident investigation and resolution, and automating environment provisioning and operational processes
• Experience delivering DevOps solutions within secure, regulated, government or public sector environments is highly desirable
• Ability to design, build and support scalable AWS infrastructure, drive operational improvements, and champion DevOps best practice across complex platform estates
