Job Title: DevOps Test Lead

Clearance Required: BPSS / DV (Ideally with PU) - Must have held Cobalt clearance for more than 12 months

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Test Lead to support the testing and release of a client system. In this role, you will work closely with the development team to ensure high-quality software releases. You will be responsible for maintaining and running the project's CI system, developing new tests, and implementing best DevOps practices to streamline the testing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead testing efforts for software developed within the project.
  • Support formal software releases through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Maintain and optimize the Continuous Integration (CI) system.
  • Develop new automated tests to validate new functionalities.
  • Collaborate with the development team to improve testing processes and deployment strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience with Agile delivery and DevOps practices.
  • Strong Linux and server administration skills.
  • Proficiency in Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Hands-on experience in software testing, preferably using:
    • Cypress, Cucumber (test automation frameworks).
    • JavaScript and Java (desirable).
Security Clearance:
  • BPSS / DV clearance required.
  • Cobalt clearance must have been held for 12+ months.
