Job Description

Are you an experienced Development Control Engineer looking for your next challenge? Our client is seeking a Development Control Engineer to join them on a full-time contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide highway advice on the impacts of new planning applications on the highway network.
• Liaise and negotiate with Legal Services and third parties on applications under S38, S278, Stopping Up Orders, and other licenses related to highway development management schemes.
• Process highway applications and technical approvals under S38, S184, S278 of the Highways Act 1980.
