We are currently hiring German-speaking Business Development Specialists to join a growing team based in Dublin city centre (Dublin 2).

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, commercial drive, and a motivated personality - especially those who enjoy outbound communication, relationship building, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing?

• Identifying and reaching out to potential clients and property owners across the German market
• Building relationships and managing negotiations from first contact through to agreement stage
• Managing your own pipeline and sales activity
• Conducting communication via phone, email, and video meetings
• Working closely with internal teams in a collaborative international environment
• Updating and maintaining accurate client information within internal systems

What are we looking for?

• Fluent German (C1/C2 level) and good English skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Motivated, target-driven, and confident personality
• Previous experience in sales, business development, retail, hospitality, recruitment, or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Comfortable working independently while also being part of a high-performing team
