About the Role
We are looking for a Developer Support Engineer - a technically proficient (engineer level) and highly communicative individual who will be responsible for supporting our developer community across various channels. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to developer inquiries on email, Discord, GitHub, Reddit, X and other platforms.
- Document, and organize bugs and feature requests in GitHub.
- Contribute to support documentation, internal FAQs, and community resources.
- Optionally, assist with broader initiatives such as writing blog posts, tutorials, and helping with marketing efforts if time allows.
Requirements
- Must have a technical background - ideally a software engineer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - organised, social, and able to multitask effectively.
- Available full-time, with the ability to cover at least a few hours on most weekends.
- Bonus: Experience in developer support or community management.
