In this role, you will be part of a development team involved in designing, developing, testing, documenting, and deploying D365-based solutions to support and maintain IT services. You will extend the CRM team's capabilities by providing functional and technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
You will collaborate with Enterprise Architects and the Lead Engineer to establish and maintain standards, patterns, and designs, ensuring adherence. You will design and build solutions following high-quality standards, evaluate programming methods, and contribute to the evolution of the Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC). You will identify and escalate technical issues, review specifications, participate in peer reviews, and maintain technical documentation.
You will also assist with escalated support incidents as 3rd-line support, plan software upgrades, and ensure development activities align with security standards to prevent data breaches.

About youWhat you'll need
- Experience in Dynamics CE (Customer Engagement) for Sales and Customer Service
- Strong understanding of KingswaySoft for data integration
- Experience with SQL and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Experience debugging plug-ins and workflows
Experience with the software lifecycle, multiple projects, Agile methodologies, and tools like Azure DevOps is essential.
