Are you a pensions expert at consultant or assistant manager level with deep technical knowledge of DC schemes?

In this key position you will gain exposure to a diverse range of workstreams, including:
- Investment policy and governance, including setting up governance committees
- Wider benefit and reward strategy
- Statutory auto-enrolment compliance and implementation
- Compliance
You will also use tools and innovative technology solutions to increase quality, productivity and data insights.
To be successful you need a proven track record of advising on DC scheme design, investment fund ranges, suitable default funds and charging structures (assistant manager level) or, ideally, an understanding of the wider UK pensions and benefits landscape (consultant level).
Highly effective people management and relationship building skills are essential.
