Desktop Product Owner

This person will work closely with UX research, design, content, stakeholder, and IT developer teams to improve the desktop version of our website, ensuring it aligns with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership: Assist in managing the desktop website roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on business needs and user insights for specific products on the website
• User Experience & Optimization: Collaborate with UX/UI research and designers, as well as content teams to enhance website usability, navigation, and accessibility with a data-driven approach
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather and refine requirements from internal teams and communicate product updates effectively
• Technical Coordination: Work closely with developers to ensure seamless website updates and bug fixes, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Data-Driven Reporting and Decision Making: Analyze website performance using analytics tools (Quantum Metric, Google Analytics) to identify opportunities for optimization, while tracking progress and reporting on key website performance metrics
• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Support the implementation and evaluation of A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user engagement
• Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep our website competitive.

Requirements:

o 1-2 years of experience in product management, web development, UX, or a related field

o Basic understanding of website architecture, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

o Familiarity with agile methodologies and JIRA

o Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics or Quantum metric. Experience with Tableau or SQL is a plus

o Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams

o A problem-solving, growth mindset with attention to detail and user-centric thinking
