SPERI SPA, an engineering and architecture firm, is looking for looking for an interior designer, to join the team at Lupoi Design Studio

Lupoi Design Studio is a boutique interior design company. With offices across Europe, we specialize in creating compelling branding strategies and immersive, authentic interior designs. Our projects span from upper-upscale to luxury hotels, and our passionate team is dedicated to delivering exceptional designs that leave a lasting impression. As a Interior Designer, you will play an essential role in our project development, from inception to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing exceptional conceptual designs and conveying ideas through various graphic media.
• Crafting innovative solutions to design challenges.
• Translating concepts into detailed schematic drawings.
• Taking ownership of projects and leading them to successful completion.
• Presenting ideas and designs with exceptional presentation skills.
• Utilizing your understanding of hotel planning and designing interiors for the upper-upscale and luxury segments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the hospitality sector
• Proficiency in 3D design environments
• A hands-on, all-rounder approach with the ability to take full ownership of your work
• Strong analytical skills and strategic design thinking
• Advanced proficiency in 3D software (SketchUp and Enscape) and 2D software (AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Excellent written and verbal proficency in professional English
• Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus

Location: Rome, Italy

Experience: 8 - 10 years in Hospitality
