Location: Commutable to Haddenham Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of the Designer - Roofing & Cladding Systems will involve:
- Designer position dealing with various roofing and cladding refurbishment projects
- Ensure all construction drawings and designs are produced on time to a high standard
- Review client specifications, surveys and manufacturers design information to produce designs
- Managing the development and implementation of design proposals and ensure they meet the clients expectations
- Scheduling of required materials to an agreed programme for buying
- Liaise with Site Managers and suppliers to ensure the best design solution is completed
- Ensuring information is passed between departments so designs have the technical back up required
- Working on projects ranging in value from £75k to £1m
The ideal applicant will be Designer - Roofing & Cladding Systems with:
- Must have design experience within the roofing, cladding and facade market sector
- Sound knowledge of building regulations and building standards
- Strong 2D AutoCAD experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, team player, who works well individually also
