Job Description

We're currently looking for a Design Service Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. This position sits in the brand and marketing team and can be based in either our Glasgow or London office, with the flexibility to work from home.
You'll be part of a global team of brand and marketing professionals, working together to maintain brand consistency while delivering fresh, effective communications across multiple channels. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you'll make a visible impact on how ACCA presents itself to the world.
The Job
Reporting to the head of brand, you'll:
Manage day-to-day design requests (e.g., social assets, digital campaigns, event materials), assign to designers, coordinate reviews, and ensure on-time delivery.
Regularly review and refresh design templates.
Support the transition of design templates to self-serve formats.
Manage external designers to drive quality, timely, cost-effective output.
Administer our brand self-service platforms and licenses.
Drive internal use of our design service and brand resources.
The Person
We're looking for someone with:
Proven success in account or project management in the creative services industry.
Exceptional organisational skills, with a track record for end-to-end delivery.
Strong attention to detail when reviewing creative work.
In-depth understanding of brand identity management.
An understanding of marketing communications channels including social media.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
