Responsibilities- Host and coordinate department meetings to ensure alignment.
- Guarantee the quality of design work and adherence to directives.
- Collaborate across teams and departments to achieve design objectives.
- Deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
- Delegate tasks effectively and review completed work.
- Produce innovative designs that are clear to both teams and clients.
- Develop and monitor budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
- Mentor, guide and motivate design team members.
- Provide team training on design developments and company guidelines.
- Support internal and external design teams to achieve shared goals.
- Ensure high-quality, timely production of structural drawings and designs.
- Assist in preparing design delivery schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 contracting, modular contracting, or design consultancy roles.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software.
- Skilled user of MS Office applications.
- NFQ Level 7 qualification in Architectural Technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication ability.
- Creative design thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
