Design Manager - New Build Residential - SE1

This immediate start Design Manager role is for a new build residential project in Southwark, London. You will be offered a minimum of a 3-month initial contract with the potential of extending or a temp to perm position.

You will work on this recently completed project and carry out legacy works with handover, O&M and fire queries that remain. As a Design Manager you will be detailed, organised and productive to assist in pushing this project to a complete close.

For this Design Manager role, you will have new build residential project experience which will include houses and flats. This is an RC Frame project so experience would be beneficial.

This role would suit Design Managers with a mix of construction experience and especially apartments or flats to medium size of up to 10 storeys. You could be Architecturally trained or from construction background however, main contracting experience as a Design Manager is essential.
