Teacher of Design Technology Secondary School Blackburn, LancashireVision for Education is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of Design Technology to join a successful secondary school in Blackburn, Lancashire on a temporary long-term basis with no set end date. The role starts in September 2026 and offers the chance to teach in a supportive school environment that was rated Good at its most recent Ofsted inspection.

Requirements- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Design Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A creative and engaging approach to teaching and learning.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
