GSL Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Design Technology Teacher to join a secondary school in Grimsby from September 2026. This permanent position is ideal for an educator who enjoys delivering engaging practical lessons and inspiring students to develop creative and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging Design Technology lessons
- Support students in developing practical workshop skills
- Assess and monitor student progress effectively
- Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and safety
- Encourage creativity and innovation in learning
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Design Technology in secondary schools
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
