You'll deliver cutting-edge process design, implement advanced control systems, and drive automation projects that enhance productivity and elevate quality. Key Responsibilities Lead engineering process design across technical disciplines, including R&D development. Deliver design and implementation planning for capital projects, process and mechanical maintenance, and system upgrades. Integrate new solutions and automation with existing plant systems to optimise performance. Provide centralised oversight of process automation across all regional bitumen facilities. Collaborate with and support regional departments by offering consulting services, troubleshooting, and design expertise. Deliver technical and project management support for maintenance projects at multiple sites. Adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment-working closely with a diverse range of professionals, including site managers, engineers, operators, programmers, and contractors, both locally and remotely. Champion creative problem-solving, leading technical delivery of in-house projects and capital works from feasibility through design, implementation, and assessment.
