Deputy Store Manager

Contract: Maternity Cover - 1 year. 40 hours per week, hours rostered Monday to Sunday.

About You

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Store Manager to join the Kilkenny Design team in Newbridge. The Deputy Manager will play a pivotal role in driving high performance and developing a service orientated culture within the store.

The ideal person will be driven, energetic, genuine, and passionate about Kilkenny, with the ability to lead a team and support the future direction of the store. You will play a key role in adapting and applying clear practises and procedures across the store from, logistics, administration, stock management, customer service and cash management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering 5 Star excellence in the Customer Experience.
  • To lead, motivate and empower your team.
  • To drive sales and KPI'S in the departments.
  • To drive operational standards throughout the departments, by developing opportunities and brand promotion.
  • Staff training and development in all aspects of the Customer experience, including brand and product knowledge.

The ideal manager can show that they demonstrate a successful record in delivering commercial results, leading, and motivating a team. You will be approachable, professional and a team player and will have the desire, drive, energy and passion to succeed in this role.
