Sophisticated frauds, involving grooming of targeted individuals, shows the fake recruiter asking the unsuspecting job seeker to take part in a fake job interview, either over the phone or via WhatsApp, and also sending fraudulent follow-up correspondence offering job positions.
Any communication about jobs at Oxford University Hospitals will come from 'Trac', or via an ouh.nhs.uk email address.
All meetings and interviews will be scheduled on Microsoft Teams from a verified OUH email account.

Job overview If you have an interest in Women's Health, are flexible and self motivated, then we would like to hear from you. A Band 6 Deputy Sister s post has become available in our busy diagnostic suite and out patient departments. If you want to work within a supportive and challenging environment assisting the doctors to provide care for women with a wide range of gynaecological conditions then this could be the position for you.
You will be expected to work as part of a team in order to assist the doctors with diagnostic procedures and facilitate the efficient running of clinics. You will required to assist in the running of specialised clinics such a our 2 week wait hysteroscopy, vulval and pelvic mass clinics, our colposcopy clinics supporting clinicians carry out treatments following abnormal smears and our general gynaecology clinics that include urogynaecology and endometriosis clinics. This role covers a wide variety of services within women's health. You will be part of the nursing team to support the department sister in the running of the unit. You will assist in the maintenance of the patient environment in terms of cleanliness, tidiness, auditing, and the restocking and ordering of supplies. You will be part of the team also supporting our Pre op assessment nurses to carry out assessments on our patients that fit certain criteria following out patient hysteroscopy being booked for general anaesthetic.
Main duties of the job This post is for 37.5 hours per week with Monday to Sunday clinics, usual working hours are 8am - 6pm. depends on clinics availability there might be activity running at bank holiday as well. The post holder will need to be flexible as days of work will be arranged depending on the needs of the service. Previous gynaecological experience would be an advantage; however training will be given to the successful candidate.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities Be professionally accountable for assessment of the patients needs, and the development, implementation and evaluation of planned care, demonstrating a collaborative approach through effective communication and decision-making between the multi-professional team, patients and significant others.
Demonstrate expert knowledge and skills in the management of the changing health care needs of the patient, responding to changes promptly and appropriately and developing specialised plans of care/ follow relevant protocols in collaboration with other senior nurses/medical staff.
