Deputy Hostel Manager: Guest Experience & Team Leadership

You will join YHA Ambleside as a Deputy Manager, supporting the Hostel Manager with day-to-day operations and guest experience across reception, housekeeping, and food & beverage. You will help lead a team of staff and volunteers, manage costs, and contribute to achieving targets for the hostel.
