Deputy Headteacher: Inspiring Leader & DSL (Hybrid)

Banks Lane Junior School in Stockport is seeking a Deputy Headteacher (non class based) to work with the Headteacher to drive improvement in teaching and learning. The role focuses on leadership, safeguarding, and developing staff through CPD.

The successful candidate will lead by example, use data and observations to raise standards, and collaborate closely with the Leadership Team to deliver the school's strategic vision. Term start January 2027.
