Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team, supporting two world-leading institutions that view technology and digital capability as central to delivering excellent clinical outcomes and leading-edge research.

Main duties of the job

We are seeking two driven and experienced Deputy Heads of Design and Delivery to join the Connect Team, each leading a key area of our digital transformation programme across both organisations. One will lead the Outpatients and Patient Access configuration teams and the other the Oncology, Research and Pharmacy teams; working closely with the respective configuration managers to oversee the day-to-day operations of their teams.

Acting as the lead for the ongoing development of the relevant areas of the Epic system, the post-holders will identify and prioritise projects that align with each Trust's strategic goals. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll guide the delivery of new functionality, support system upgrades and downtimes, and ensure we maximise the impact of our digital tools to deliver measurable benefits.

If you're passionate about digital transformation and making a real difference to patient care - we'd love to hear from you.
