DEPUTY HEAD OF COMPLIANCE & LEGAL - INTERNATIONAL BANK DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF A DEPUTY HEAD OF COMPLIANCE & LEGAL
  • Review and update Compliance policies
  • Assess the commercial impact of new regulations
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of training
  • Develop AML policies and run the Compliance Monitoring Programme
  • Advise and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct thematic reviews
  • Review financial promotions
  • Provide legal advice, assist with litigation issues and review/negotiate legal agreements.
QUALITIES & ATTRIBUTES OF A DEPUTY HEAD OF COMPLIANCE & LEGAL

You will have 5- 8 years' Compliance experience gained within retail/commercial banking.

Salary: Up to £100K plus bonus and benefits.

Up to €1 per annum + Hybrid + Excellent Benefits

Up to £35000 per annum + Bonus, Hybrid working, pension
