Deputy General Manager - Contract Catering

The Role

As Deputy General Manager, you will be the engine room for my client's hospitality operation. You will focus on:

• Lifting Standards: Moving the service from "great" to "exceptional," ensuring every touchpoint reflects the premium nature of the brand.
• The Big Launch: Taking the lead on the operational opening of the newly refurbished hospitality floor.
• Leadership: Directly overseeing and mentoring the team. You will be a constant, visible presence on the hospitality floor, restaurant and café spaces, coaching the team and engaging with their high profile clientele.
• Business Growth: Identifying opportunities to strengthen the offering and grow the footprint of the catering and hospitality services on site.
