What You'll Do- Lead and develop the finance team to deliver high quality, reliable financial services.
- Drive strategic financial planning and resource management.
- Ensure compliance with NHS financial policies and legislation.

- Professional Accountancy Qualification (or equivalent degree/specialist training).
- Extensive experience in senior finance roles, ideally within the NHS or public sector.
- Expert knowledge of NHS financial policies, accounting procedures, and relevant legislation.
- Proven track record in financial management, strategic leadership, and staff development.
