Deputy Clerk: Finance, HR & Events Lead (Fixed Term)

The Deputy Clerk role at Hound Parish Council is a fixed term contract until 31 May 2027, based at The Parish Office in Netley Abbey, Southampton. The successful candidate will deputise for the Clerk, support day-to-day operations, and help manage events, HR, finance and facilities across the estate.

Strong literacy and numeracy, project and event management, and customer service skills are essential. CiLCA qualification is preferred.
