As our Quality Assurance Administrator, you'll take real ownership of your workflow. We're looking for someone who can juggle multiple checks, communications and data updates at once, using strong initiative to keep things moving and ensure every query, email and spreadsheet is completed to a high standard. If you enjoy ensuring processes run smoothly and take pride in accurate, reliable admin, this role will suit you perfectly.
This is a hybrid role with three days based either in our Warrington (Omega) state of the art Depot or at our Head office in Deeside, near Chester and two days from home.
Your RoleYou'll be responsible for completing all administrative tasks linked to depot product assessments, the actions that follow and the communication that keeps everything moving. You'll ensure suppliers, trading teams and depots always have a clear picture of product non conformances, rejection notices and product status - delivered with speed, accuracy and professionalism.
You'll also support the QA Lead with key improvement initiatives, helping to streamline the way we work and continuously enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities Driving Product Quality Assurance- Collation of information from suppliers, trading teams, category technical lead, the depots and the depot QA teams and formatting this to assist accurate review and efficient action.
- Ensuring associated stakeholder groups are provided with the information required to deliver safe and legal products of the right quality and enable maximised availability.
- Communication of the outcome of inspections as appropriate & reviewing the content of the inspection reports to ensure it is to the correct standard - i.e. no missing information.
- Accurate completion of associated documentation in a timely manner and maintenance of the databases.
- Ensuring suppliers, trading teams, category technical leads and the Depots are informed of any non conformances or rejections in a timely manner, following the processes in place with great attention to detail.
- Communication of results and required follow up activity to relevant stakeholders to ensure resolution to issues raised and escalation where necessary.
- Production and distribution of reports from relevant data sources to deliver key information to drive performance.
- Flexible and agile in approach, able to plan ahead, yet react quickly and efficiently to changes that may occur.

- Strong administration skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident user of spreadsheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence managing multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organised, adaptable and able to work at pace
- Comfortable handling data and producing clear, useful reports
- A proactive approach and a genuine interest in product quality.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Experience within a quality environment is desirable, but not essential.
- IT experience using Microsoft Office.
- This role requires cover every other Sunday, but this day can be based from home.
