Type: Full time, fixed term until December 2026 (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday rota)
Shift times: 08:30-17:30 or 10:00-19:00.
Role OverviewAs a Deployment Consultant you will manage the deployment and engagement of Angard workers at Royal Mail sites. You will work directly with clients, site managers and candidates, support recruitment processes and complete vetting and compliance procedures in line with client requirements.
Responsibilities- Manage recruitment and screening processes.
- Check ID and ETW documents against client requirements.
- Manage our bespoke booking system, JoinedUp.
- Handle incoming calls and emails from candidates and managers.
- Manage shift patterns and rotas as per site requirements.
- Maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders across the client group.
- Engaging, customer service oriented professional.
- Comfortable delivering an outstanding daily service to the client.
- Computer literate and confident using MS Office.
- Confident communicating via telephone and email.
- Team player capable of supporting colleagues flexibly.
