Salary: €52,559
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent, 5 days out of 7

What you'll do- Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
- Responsible for at least one department within the store, including stock ordering and merchandising.
- Lead a team of managers to maximise sales by establishing goals and objectives.
- Provide a superior level of customer service.
- Drive your own development by taking advantage of our digital learning and career pathways and see yourself grow in a supportive place powered by our people.
- In the absence of senior management, you will oversee the store for the shift.
- Experienced manager with proven leadership skills.
- Ability to view situations from a commercial perspective resulting in more innovative thinking.
- Capable of working and making decisions, in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive nature with a determination to succeed.
