Democratic & Electoral Services Team Lead (Maternity Cover)

Gloucester City Council is seeking a proactive Team Leader for Democratic & Electoral Services on a maternity cover basis. You will lead a small professional team, oversee elections administration, governance and refer to statutory duties, working with Members and partners.

You will manage meetings, provide constitutional advice, and prepare for local and national elections and shadow authority planning as Gloucestershire reorganises. Evening work required and hybrid/flexible arrangements apply.
