Salary & Working Hours

Band 8a £62,681- £67,665 per annum

Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,406 per annum

37 hours per week

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and experienced clinical expert to lead our Dementia and Frailty Service. The Dementia and Frailty Lead Nurse will provide professional leadership to drive the development of all aspects of care and treatment of people with dementia and frailty across NHS Western Isles.

Responsibilities

Applicants must have a proven track record of leading care in this area with evidence of innovation. You need to be ready for the challenges of living and working in a rural island healthcare setting. You will be expected to deliver across professional and organisation boundaries with a range of stakeholders.
