The Role

• Lead demand planning across a complex, multi-supplier supply chain
• Manage and develop a high-performing demand planning team
• Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, availability, and service levels
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the demand planning team
• Own demand planning KPIs, availability, and service performance
• Analyse and report performance, trends, risks, and opportunities
• Translate product, supplier, and category strategies into accurate forecasts
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
• Review supplier and product group splits to ensure forecast alignment
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation
• Partner with HR on team development and succession planning
• Support senior leadership in achieving business objectives

About You

• Proven experience in demand planning within a complex supply chain
• Previous people management or team leadership experience
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
• Experience using ERP and demand planning systems
• Confident communicator with cross-functional and senior stakeholders
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and commercially minded
