Responsibilities- Develop demand planning processes across international FOB and Iberia, translating commercial sales ambitions into realistic, data driven forecasts.
- Create and improve forecasting processes; analyse historical sales data and measure forecast accuracy.
- Support implementation of the S&OP framework, collaborating with sales, marketing and supply chain teams.
- Present demand insights, risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Help establish best practice planning processes as these international markets develop.
- 2-3 years of experience in a dedicated demand planning role, preferably in seasonal or fast moving consumer goods.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with experience using ERP and planning systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience working within an S&OP environment is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Spanish language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
Salary £45,000-£50,000 plus an annual bonus equal to one month's salary, 33 days' holiday and a standard pension scheme. Based in central London, the position follows a hybrid working model, offering up to two days working from home each week.
