Responsibilities

• Leading the S&OP demand planning process, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply teams.
• Building and maintaining accurate short- and long-term demand forecasts using statistical tools and market insights.
• Analysing forecast performance, identifying drivers of variance, and implementing continuous improvements.
• Partnering with commercial teams to capture promotional, NPD, and seasonal demand impacts.
• Supporting the development of demand planning systems and reporting dashboards.
• Driving collaboration across the supply chain to optimise stock availability and reduce waste.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis within the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and exposure to forecasting systems
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
