• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sales and operational planning.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust forecasts to minimise overstock and stockouts.
• Analyse market trends and historical sales data to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Identify and communicate risks or opportunities impacting demand plans.
• Utilise demand planning software to generate reports and insights for decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement and supply chain department.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for seamless operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Demand Planner should have:

• Demand Planning experience working within the FMCG industry.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.
• Proficiency in demand planning software and Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
• A detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in forecasting and planning.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
