Job Description
As a Demand Generation & Performance Marketing Specialist, you will drive international pipeline growth through data-driven digital campaigns, marketing automation, paid advertising, SEO/AEO, website optimization, and lead nurturing. You will work closely with colleagues across Brand, Content, and Lead Generation, combining strategy with hands-on execution to improve campaign performance, generate qualified leads, and support commercial growth across multiple markets.
Requirements
- Manage and optimize global paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop and improve retargeting strategies to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, ROI, attribution models, and pipeline growth.
- Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows and lead scoring models within HubSpot.
- Collaborate on initiatives aimed at improving SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) performance.
- Continuously optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates through CRO initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, automation, and overall performance through new technologies and AI solutions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing activities with broader commercial objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, growth marketing, or a similar B2B marketing role.
- You are a commercially minded B2B marketing professional who understands how marketing contributes to pipeline growth and business results. (VERY IMPORTANT!)
- Proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Strong experience with HubSpot, including marketing automation, lead nurturing workflows, and lead scoring.
- Experience building and optimizing retargeting campaigns, as well as managing digital acquisition initiatives across multiple channels.
- Proven experience analyzing campaign performance, ROI, attribution models, and pipeline impact, translating data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with SEO, AEO, website optimization, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Experience working with web analytics tools and using data to continuously improve campaign and website performance.
- Affinity with or experience using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and scalability.
- You enjoy working with marketing technologies and digital tools and stay up to date with new developments in the field.
- A proactive, hands-on, and self-starting mindset, with the confidence and experience to work independently in a dynamic international environment.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are considered a plus.
