Delivery Service Advisor - POD & Dispute Resolution

DPD Group UK in Swansea is seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract. You will assist both internal and external customers regarding delivery status, PODs, and collection or delivery issues in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work closely with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify problems, proactively resolve them and maintain a high standard of customer care. Strong communication and a professional telephone manner are essential.
