The team is looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join the Professional Services team to work with our enterprise customers. The Project Delivery Manager will manage high-complexity projects from initiation through delivery to closure. In this role, you will coordinate with cross functional teams to deliver unique projects within scope. The Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand and enable successful implementations and ongoing service engagements. This role also includes identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and process improvements to streamline project delivery and optimise operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage project plans to deliver technical and consultative services to our largest enterprise clients.
- Manage customer expectations, project scope, and resources needed to successfully deliver to customers' needs.
- Coordinate technical and non technical resources across our internal and partner organisations to ensure fulfilment of project requirements.
- Identify opportunities for AI driven process improvements and automation to optimise resource allocation, reporting, and project delivery.
- Develop and communicate project status, risks and issues to all levels of stakeholders, both internal and external, ranging from technical staff to executives.
- Manage customer escalations, coordinating with customers and stakeholders (e.g., executive team, sales, customer success, technical account managers, etc.)
- Manage billing and admin related aspects of projects, including generating sales orders, providing monthly invoices, providing status updates to clients on resource utilisation, and monitoring accurate logging of time from all assigned internal resources.
- Be accountable for reliable and repeatable delivery processes, metrics, and operational procedures, including implementing AI based reporting, dashboards, and workflow optimisations.
- Actively lead and/or participate in internal projects to improve Professional Services projects through AI, automation, and process standardisation.
- Develop a foundational knowledge of product & stay up to date with key releases.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in SaaS implementation, with a focus on deploying complex products.
- Additional experience in technical customer success, implementation management, technical project management, technical account management, or technology consulting is an advantage.
- Demonstrated progressive experience in project management and leadership roles.
- Detail oriented, with a proven ability to quickly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies-including AI and automation tools.
- Experience leading projects that require hands on implementation and managing multiple resources.
- Strong project management skills to keep projects on track and effectively manage complex customer engagements.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non technical audiences.
- General understanding of APIs and integration methods (e.g., RESTful, GraphQL) is beneficial.
- Experience leveraging AI or automation to improve processes, streamline reporting, and optimise resource utilisation is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and enthusiasm.
- Ability to take initiative and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong customer facing and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility with executive stakeholders.
- BA or BS degree preferred.
