What You'll Do:

• Lead the delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions-built in-house or sourced from top vendors.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Data, and Business teams to ensure seamless launches.
• Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and keep projects moving at speed.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, UAT, and ensure every solution is secure, scalable, and ready for adoption.
• Drive proofs of concept for the latest AI platforms and tools.
• Champion change management and business readiness for every release.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in delivery management (AI, digital, data, or product environments).
• A knack for cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands on leadership action over reporting, always!
• Experience enabling self organising teams and navigating complex organisations.
• Strong communicator, comfortable with risk escalation and fast paced delivery.
