We are looking for a proactive, detail-driven Delivery Manager to lead the coordination and execution of both internal and external delivery projects. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial and Operations Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful delivery of our key customer commitments, internal initiatives, and ongoing contract obligations.
This role will act as a vital link between our internal teams and our customers-ensuring updates on product roadmap items, supporting go-live activity, and facilitating smooth communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Delivery: Own the delivery of key customer projects and roadmap commitments
- Customer Delivery: Act as a central communication point between the business and customer teams
- Customer Delivery: Represent the business in key customer meetings and reviews
- Customer Delivery: Attend and support on the day of go-live, including UAT, communication and handover
- Internal Projects: Own the Ticketer Project Framework
- Internal Projects: Manage and drive internal business improvement or technical projects to completion
- Internal Projects: Create clear project plans, timelines, and responsibilities across departments
- Internal Projects: Ensure internal stakeholders are kept informed of progress, risks, and blockers
- Internal Projects: Provide clear reporting and documentation to support decision-making
- Contract & Commercial Support: Work closely with Customer Success Directors (CSDs) to ensure deliverables are met
- Contract & Commercial Support: Work with Product Team on delivery timelines and handovers
- Contract & Commercial Support: Track, report, and escalate any contract risks or variations
- Contract & Commercial Support: Assist with documentation, milestone tracking, and change requests
- Proven experience in delivery, project management, or implementation roles (preferably in SaaS, transport, or technology sectors)
- Confident communicator who can act as the voice of the business to customers
- Comfortable leading UAT, go-live support, and managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to juggle multiple initiatives and stay calm under pressure
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project tracking tools is a plus
- Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
