Job Description

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Peterborough. The team currently works in the office 2 days per week.

We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join our friendly team in Peterborough! In this role, you'll coordinate and handle the delivery of Business customer orders from the point of sale to successful installation. You'll ensure that our customers receive exceptional service throughout their project, maintaining regular contact and providing timely updates throughout the delivery cycle. You'll identify risks and take ownership of resolving issues that impact the customer order, working collaboratively between departments. Additionally, you'll report on any failures, provide feedback to relevant parties, conduct root cause analysis, and perform quality checks.

The must-haves

To be considered, you'll need the following experience:

  • Demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service, maintaining regular contact, and providing timely updates throughout the delivery cycle.
  • A proven track record of managing high volumes of customer orders, ensuring workload prioritization to meet customer and business needs.
  • Experience working in a Business-to-Business or telecoms environment, ideally with technologies covering voice, data, cloud, and IP services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence others to achieve the right results for the customer.
  • Understanding of product and delivery mechanisms.
